1) Change the logo not good
2) Looks like you were using FireWorks to cut up images and make code automaticly (not good once again)
3) Colors dont match well ... Use for meny darker blue with same white shadow. use Lime green instead of regular green and use one same shade of blue for the sire or ever better use the same color you have used on top where it says men.
4) change text color to black or dark silver

Everything is under testing mode.
Moreover the image on the left hand side seems dithered at my PC's resolution.
Takes too much time to load all the images. And time is the thing that surfers nowadays don't have. So they just skip onto another site.
Optimize it well and try to minimize the graphics size if possible. Thanks.
