Initial reaction is that it looks pretty good, the sites have nice design. However, once I start looking at the pages in depth I can quickly see that whoever is building these knows very little about modern standards, optimization, usability, CSS/XHTML etc.

These are all tables based direct output from Photoshop, letting Photoshop write the code when they should be laid out by hand using CSS. A lot of chunks of text that should be html are hard images. There are large background images that could be tiles using 1px wide/tall slices. Some of your pages are simply enormous K wise. Your images aren't named anything other than the default slice names out of Photoshop. There are copious numbers of spacer gifs. In fact every one of your pages starts with something like this:

Code:
<tr>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="52" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="37" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="99" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="101" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="98" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="24" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="86" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="58" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="36" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="122" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="129" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="67" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
  <td><img src="img_site/spacer.gif" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" /></td>
</tr>

None of these sites could be easily used in any sort of CMS with any level of flexibilty/editing/long term management.
