Creating My Own Landing Pages

I have a number of .Co.IL Israeli typo domains, however, I haven't found any Domain Monetization Service who specializes with these sorts of domains.

I thought I would create my own landing pages in Hebrew for these domains.

Could someone please guide me as how to go about this.

I am willing to invest in PPC templates or whatever necessary.

These are new domains, however, I should be getting about 10k of traffic per month.

I am hoping to get at least $100/month from these domains.

Any help, suggestions, comments, appreciated.
