I have several domains that had expired months or years ago. This month, three of them (vlaamsblokberingen.org, racetowhitehouse.com
DELEGACION-EUROPEA.ORG) have catched a Page rank, but they are still not in Google's index.
Is it a bug from Google's toolbar?

I believe Google removes the name from the index once expired. Reason I assume this is when you register a name with PR with no links in Google, all of a sudden the links appear in Google. This way someone doesn't search and click on a page that isnt there anymore (although it still does happen)
