Post Google: Request reinclusion. Did you know?

For those who do not know, google has put into effect a Request Reinclusion into google directory form.

Basically if you have been banned in the past by google for black hat seo, google is giving you a second chance.

This is a look at what the form you have to fill out:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reinclusion request

Choose the site below that you want us to evaluate. You can choose any verified site. If you would like us to evaluate a site that is not available in this list, add that site to your account and verify site ownership. Then, return to this page.

Reinclusion statement

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that:

I believe this site has violated Google's quality guidelines at http://www.google.com/support/webmas...y?answer=35772 in the past. More details are included below.

This site has been modified so that it no longer violates Google's quality guidelines.

I have read and agree to abide by Google's quality guidelines at http://www.google.com/support/webmas...y?answer=35772 .

Tell us more about what happened: what actions might have led to any penalties, and what corrective actions have been taken.

If you used a search engine optimization (SEO) company, please note that. Describing the SEO firm and their actions is a helpful indication of good faith that may assist in evaluation of reinclusion requests.

In general, sites that directly profit from traffic (e.g. search engine optimizers, affiliate programs, etc.) may need to provide more evidence of good faith before a site will be reincluded.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

That is basically what the form has to say: Google does have a heart and if you have been banned this is your second chance:
