where and how to add metatag?

between the <head> and </head> tags

It depends on the script. But ultimately it needs to be added in the head section of the HTML that is outputted.

It could be something like this:

The important meta tags include page title, meta description and meta keywords (less so)

Ok i did it that one was php so its best you didnt try it yourself, very easy to mess up, normally for something like that as its php id charge 35 to 75.00 dollars, with html alot easier
