Lots of talk about this over in DP.

Seems to be mostly new sites and inside pages gaining PR -- 2 of mine are a month old and just showing PR4 today.

One of my forums finally got PR, index went from 0 to PR 5 and all my subforums (except two new ones) went from 0 to PR4.

I have a few internal pages that went from 0 to 4 or 5 (can't remember) as well.
