The 'secret' AdSense programs

What is the full set of AdSense programs that you can utilize once you are given an account rep? We were offered and approved for:

AdSense for Content Javascript
- Allows greater customization of AdSense ads. You request and display AdSense ads using javascript. Definitely requires decent javascript skills.

AdSense Hints
- A new variable in your adsense code that allows you to pass suggested targeting terms to Google. This is tremendously helpful if you have a large database generated site.

We're trying these out now and don't yet know how useful they are.

What else have people been offered? How have they performed?

Do you mind me asking how you were approved for a personal acct rep?

I have been asking unsuccessfully for that (and also being allowed to modify the script for targeting as they permit some to do) since I have been with Adsense for 3 full yrs this month.

We received an email out of the blue from a rep introducing themselves to us.

I have no idea what factors were used, but this might be helpful (or not):
When we received the introduction, our revenue was less than $100 a day but our CPMs were very poor (<$2). We were also rotating YPN ads in a 50/50 split with AdSense.

A friend of mine were emailed as well. Just outta the blue. He isn't a huge earner (I think around $200-$250 a day) but apparently his account is in very good status. I think it has alot to do with quality of your traffic, and not always quantity
