Hi,
I'm looking for a tool, free or paying, that gives the number of results in Google (or any other SE) for a list of keywords.

David, maybe I'm missing the point here. Why don't you just use Google itself? Or are you looking for an automated script? It's a one-liner in Linux bash using Lynx.

Using google is fastidious when you want to find the number of results for thousands of keywords.
I don't use Linux and have no knowledge in programming, but maybe that such bulk search results tool already exists.

I'm just finishing a holiday in Malaysia -- when I get back to the UK I'll send you a program -- all you need to run it is to have a modern Mac; or for Win, install Cygwin: http://www.cygwin.com -- but maybe this keyword software already exists. Other members may advise.

I originally wrote it to check Google keyword count for .co.uk drops. In fact I'll post the software on here as a free download if there's any call for it other than by yourself.
