most zip submit offers usually pay $1-2 per valid, unique email/zip code.

But usually these offers can't be incentivized, the leads must be genuine people interested in the offer. Jonathan, are you sure it's within the tos of your aff program?

Well i'd say he is using either Maxbounty, xy7, or azoogle..I don't think this is legal in any of their TOS. They are one field offers that are suppose to be only for people interested in the product/item..
