Excellent name with enormous potential. A little long, but easy to remember and not hard to "brand" (like consumer reports). Development is a must, and should be a user-based business review site, rather than having a staff of contributors. It would be even better if you could offer incentives to power users, such as a rating system, leaderboard, and maybe even cash rewards.
How much did you pay for it, if you don't mind my asking?
