    Bug?

    I set up a domain with Pool's dropcatching a couple of months ago. At that point, the status was displayed as uknown. I knew, regardles, that the domain would drop.

    I checked two days ago and it was still unspecified. So I deleted the domain, then added it again. Hey presto, the deletion date was changed to yesterday's date.

    Pool grabbed the domain.

    I was billed twice, for the same domain (it even showed the same domain twice).

    LOL

    I'm sure Pool will refund me in a couple of days but I think that's an interesting bug.

    Update from pool:

    Last night our developers and accounting department were advised of an issue that resulted in some clients being double billed for yesterdays successful backorders.

    They have already determined which clients were effected, and they will be issuing refunds for the erroneous charges. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The refunds will be issued as soon as possible.
