Recently, one of the Pool.com registrar partners decided to withdraw support for customers in the North American market place. As a result, Pool.com in collaboration with Namescout.com transferred the domain(s) you held at this registrar to Rebel.com. A list of the affected domain(s) were sent to you in a previous email. There are two important aspects of this transfer:
1. The expiry date of your domain(s) has been extended by one year at no additional cost to you. The cost of extension has been assumed by Pool.com;
2. You have continued and ongoing access to your domain(s) through your Namescout account as the transfer is transparent to you.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during the transition process, please disregard any previous notice. I hope you will take the opportunity at some point to visit Rebel.com and experience the Rebel Portfolio Manager (RPM) for yourself. We would be delighted to answer any questions you have and in the event you would prefer to manage your Rebel.com domains through RPM (instead of Namescout), please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Regards,
Namescout Customer Service
