Domain deletes on: 2007.01.31
I checked the domain this morning to see if anyone else got it and it has a Pool landing page up stating that it is for sale? I thought if there were multiple backorders on a domain it went to auction? Or does the domain go to auction now after they grabbed it?
Click on the Deleting Domains tab and then Auctions. You should see it there.
Checked and my Auctions area is empty. The domain is still in my backorders area.
Does it take a day or so for it to move from backorders to auctions?
For all I know there is a redemption period too.. so it may be that
That means it has not been dropped yet if it is still in redemption period. Just need to wait a little longer...![]()
better check the real whois outside of pool, i noticed pool frquently has wrong dates
How many days till you get the domains you won though? It was a big pain with .mobi when it took about a month to get access to my domains. This time I got an .org about a week ago but no sign of them sending the account info from the registrar. Their support sucks and they never answer emails.
Anyway, first post!![]()
Giving the last post in here was over a year ago, I'm in a similar situation. I placed a backorder @ pool, but have yet to hear if it's going to auction or if I've won...
Checking outside of pool doesn't look so promising. The WHOIS was created the day the domain was deleted... the url has a parking page.
So waiting on email? Or giving up?
I've noticed it can take a day or two for them to let you know. Also, if more than one person wanted it and they caught it, then it will go to auction.
Whose parking page is it?

Not sure...
The WHOIS & Page are pretty sketchy....
The Page says nothing about being maintained or auctioned or parked by pool....
The WHOIS lists the NS @ INTERIMNAMESERVER.COM, but the server response comes up domain not found...
I imagine it will go to auction, actually, I'm prepared for it.
It could have been picked up by another drop-catch service, that can (and does) happen. I usually register at Pool and Snapnames and one or the other will usually get it (and you only pay if they catch it).

Yeah, I've too got accounts at both, but I didn't see it @ SnapNames...
