Definitely seeing the credit crunch effect domains

This is a 1 word generic

It would have sold for easily $30,000 a year ago

That was a blue light special! That name, in my opinion, could get 100K easily, but given today's market conditions, better to hold on to it for a while.

Market will come back after everything from the election to the economy settles down.

I don't think you guys understand how sick this economy is

These blue light specials are available because things are gonna get ugly

We are just at the beginning

    You will see

PS- I too think the domain was still a bargain for that price

I expected the domain to reach upwards of 50k, over 200 bidders and some whales amongst them.. Perhaps it is a buyers market..

So I guess the next question is. Park It? or Develop?

ah a reminder of my favourite movie.. "Sneakers"

money... ...operates not on reality... - But the perception of reality.
Posit: People think a bank might be financially shaky.
    - Consequence: - People start to withdraw their money.
    - Result: Soon, it is financially shaky. - Conclusion: You can make banks fail.

    These Banks are insolvent

Thats why they need these capital injections from the corrupt Federal reserve

    They own junk paper

    Citibank at $8.00 and change

    That will be expensive soon

    This is gonna get ugly

This seems like a reasonable price. Namejet auctions are always slightly overpriced.

Depends on traffic. If it has no traffic it would be useless parking.

I would not flip this right now...I would hold until I came up with a great development model...or an enduser with close to 100k came around.
