For a name like that, i agree with onward. Even if its not worth that much people go nuts on snapnames. Somehow i missed that this was even dropping. I need a better way to find premium drops.

yeah i have that on my list as well. shame as i can never afford that much. I would love to know how people can make that much in the first place because all the rich people always go after the good domains meaning the poor people cant afford anything apart from crap things that they may get $100 for if there lucky.

The guys who bid way above market value are usually backed by big companies. Big business will eventually own the domaining industry. Its too bad but it happens to every successful industry i guess.

well im new to all this so i just got to cross my fingers. i have managed to get a domain today that was listed in the yahoo directory and is dmoz listed. Knowing my luck i wont get any interest in it but hey i can always keep them or sell them as a portfolio.

In this market, I learned from my own mistakes.

A few years back, at a dire financial time I sold HXT dot com for $350. I had bought it for under $300. AKD dot com went for just under $3k but today it'd fetch at least $20k. And having won ZWJ dot com for $159.50 on eBay (that's one hundred and fifty nine dollars and fifty cents) I let it go for $227 on eBay as well....gasp.

But that was then, this is now. Personally, I don't like certain letter combinations but I always research them for potential buyers. The art of domain flipping is mastered by making mistakes and learning from them.
