DNF$: 900 Location: Unknown | Is this normal? I have placed a backorder on a domain in SnapNames which is the est. auction date is within these few days. However, when I access the WHOIS record of the domain, it shows: Domain Name: ???.TLD Created On:13-Jul-2002 19:30:14 UTC Last Updated On:17-Aug-2006 06:55:20 UTC Expiration Date:13-Jul-2007 19:30:14 UTC Status ENDING DELETE SCHEDULED FOR RELEASEStatus:HOLD It shows that it will expire next year... so does it means that I am placing a backorder on this domain for next year.. not the est. auction date as shown in SnapNames.. getting confused here ![]()

So to answer your question, no you don't have to wait a year to get it (provided you win the auction). Hope that helps... Regards ~

For example, Network Sol. renewed the domain after the owner did not renew it. SN auctions it off for Network Sol. And, SN receives a percentage of the sale. |
