Give them sometime. I am sure you just misplaced the password? Or maybe they had login problem.
Good to see another domain registrant from hong kong! I think there is a password reset button on the page?
Maybe you were typing in the wrong login info? Sometimes I do that. I type in the login info of another site. Did you do something that maybe they might not have liked? Something to go against the TOS?
