Ouch. Seems like their updating the site for their new look (again).
Hope you get that settled out.

I was bidding for vitrales.com but when it was 7min until the end of the auction snapnames went offline.
Does anybody else have the same problem ?
I sent few emails to Theresa and John but nobody answered.

Their back end is still slow and they keep putting on more make up to cover up the bugs.
Anybody else getting email bombed by Snap? They're sending me the same identical order confirmation email for an auction I won yesterday at a rate of 2 per minute! It started around 2am, so when I checked email this morning I had over 500 of the same message from them. Nobody's answering the support phone line, so I sent a support request this morning. But no action. The avalanche continues. Probably over 1000 now. Anybody else getting slammed too?
Update: Snap did respond to my support email within 24 hours and the emails stopped around 9 pm. I'd estimate I deleted 1500 or more of them. And the auctions I won were processed the next day. Thought you should know that Snap did respond and resolved the issue.
@ KEEP: That's not good. Curious to know if they're going to run that auction again? (since you and probably others were kicked out)
Snapnames' system is getting obsolete and they are loosing their market share to Namejet each day. That is sad!
