BECAREFUL with NAMECHEAP.COM

We have big problems with the company called NAMECHEAP.COM
Because of hack attempt to my emails, i did apply to companies including NAMECHEAP.COM to suspend my own accounts. For a while, we did try to get back our accnts from companies.

You will see the tickets given below. I did write them to get back my accnt. But Nothing happened. No help we have got. Online support from web are
not authorized help. No phones can be reached.

If u make bussiness with Namecheap.com, everyone should be carefull. I asked help from Namecheap.com but they never help me and my domains expiring. I opened first ticket 16 days ago (22 Apr.) and nothing happened. No help. Whatever they wanted, i did send. But they are like WALL. They dont give any support. They have online web support but when you ask them for help, they answer you that they are not authorized, ticket has to get opened. But they never help for your ticket. Be Carefull with Namecheap.com. Because of them, one domain expired. I told that to them but they still dont help me.

There is no answer to your ticken for 16 days? That's not possible...

Is there someone, who has exmerience with namecheap.com?? I had only one domain there, that i transferred it as soon as it was possible.

I have most of my domains with namecheap after problems with GoDaddy and have never had any problems. Even my client's domains are there!

My favourite registrar - mainly because they have always answered my support questions fast - but I've never been in your position so can't make a judgement about it.
