You need to initiate the transfer from whoever you are transfering to, make sure the domain at Directi is unlocked and the transfer should take place.

Bit scroll down and under "Order Information" section look for something like :
    "Domain Secret"

Re: Directi - how to transfer away from them?

    Hello!
I got the problem to login into my direcri account since they have change the design.

Actualy they change the whole politic and split resellers with users. Now can not login any more to any of this domains and the pass recovery does not work because "we can not find user with that email"

Is anybody have the same problem?

Try using your login at website.in.

Re: Directi - how to transfer away from them?

I'm also having MAJOR problems with directi/website.in. Problems with invalid links, user/password, and non-responsiveness.

Now that domains have "expired," the domain secret code does not work properly and they refuse to provide an accurate auth code. I had initiated a transfer a few days ago before the expiration date.

If anyone on this forum is affiliated with directi/website.in, please PM me.

    Thanks

Re: Directi - how to transfer away from them?

I acquired a name via snapnames which they passed onto website.in - snap told me i would get an email with login details... yet to receive.

I have opened a support ticket at website.in, but have yet to receive a response.

    :(

I have waited months for this name... bloody frustrating. (at least i got it though)
