I've waiting for several days now for a name to go through with them and it still hasn't. It still says pending with action on sedo to just reg the damn thing. If it wasn't for a discount code they had for .it I don't think I would use them. I should have learned my lesson especially after the .EU debacle.

It is a new registration. But have not yes listed it sedo.
You say it is a .it ? You need to fax the LAR to the registry.
If you are not EU resident I believe they offer a proxy service but I don't know about the arrangement.
If it's .it; it's difficult bro. Don't lose your patience. More than Eurodns, italian administration is shitty in these matters
