onlinenic.com refuses to send me login codes

Hi,
anybody has a contact with Onlinenic.com?
I've got a domain name that expired yesterday there, and I'm unable to access my admin panel to renew it.

I've snapped the domain through Snapnames and it has been registered with Onlinenic.com.
I've never received the codes and sent a bunch of emails to the support, but their server does not accept my emails. I always receive a message such as this one.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at gateway13.websitewelcome.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

My webmaster tried to contact them also, but, although she uses a different provider in a different country than me, she also was unable to get any answer from them.
I tried to contact the support and livechat, but the person who answered (Steven) is really a nightmare. I spent 20 minutes speaking with a wall. He has not been helpful at all and I'm not sure he understands anything. He refused to send me the codes and even any contact with the company where I could complain.

A contact with this registrar (not by email, for some reason they can't be accepted from my server, and they accept only emails with the whois address) will be much accepted.

They are a crap registrar, good luck.
Looks like they are playing dead since they lost that judgment.

Maybe it's time to shoot Icann an E-mail: registrar-info@icann.org. This is where you report registrar compliance issues. Put onlinenic in CC.

le nom est vraiment très moyen (c'est du tchèque et sans doute aussi que ça se dit pareil dans d'autres langues : burza.org), donc si j'arrive à rien faire, je laisse expirer et ça peut s'attraper à la main ensuite peut-être. Pas envie de remettre un backorder sur un .org

Thats unfortunate, email them and notify them if they fail to deliver domain names back to you - you will have no choice but to discuss the damages with a lawyer and hold them liable. By law they have to give you access to your account if you answer all the correct security questions.

eventually, I've received my login codes.
It is impossible to renew a domain name through their panel !!!
So I asked the support to do it and they asked 25 usd
Done 4 days ago and the renewal has not been done yet.
I've asked for the auth code. Received it, but they have not unlocked the domain name.
I've transferred hundreds of domain names and I've never seen such a poor support, even with 1and1 or OVH (the people that know them will understand how serious this is )

It's kinda surprising icann have not terminated this registrar yet.
