OnlineNIC - Registerfly all over ??

I happen to notice the following domains dropping soon from OnlineNIC.

I haven't been following what has been happening with OnlineNIC (registrar).
That was the registrar Verizon sued for TM infringement and won the case by default.

I wonder if the domain owner lost control of the domains because of access?

Is any DNF member presently actively using OnlineNIC?
Do you have access to your domains?

I thought Icann didn't want to see another Registerfly situation in regards to
domain owners losing domains because of lack of access.

Is OnlineNIC dropping a higher percentage of domains compared to the other registrars?

I had major problems with OnlineNIC, but was able to transfer out right before things really got ugly.

If people are indeed locked out of their accounts, then I would imagine that a lot of these dropping domains could and should still be considered property of the previous owners, and straight stolen property.

I didn't have a very good experience with OnlineNIC either.
