I've been able to do that with Moniker and GoDaddy - the only question is are you fast enough to be able to gat it before drop catchers?

Need such registrar to register domains on their exact day of drop.

Just need a registrar with a Whois updated fast so I can checkout the domain. Need not vie against the drop catchers since most domains I like are not in demand.

Drop Timing:
.com 1pm cst 1-2 hours drop window
.net 1pm cst 1-2 hours drop window
.us 1pm cst 10 – 20 mins drop window
.org 9am cst 30 mins drop window
.info 3am cst
.biz: 2:30 - 3:00am ET
Sometimes due to a large amount of domains to get deleted, the domain might get deleted on the next day from the estimated day of drop.
