Everyone, please be advised that we are in the process of stripping the ICANN Accredidation away from Registerfly. This is an important issue because if you have domain names at Registerfly, you will probably lose them.
Registerfly has been avoiding contact as well as any communication via their live chat. Mark Klein has failed to respond and there's been word that Registerfly is on the run.
GET YOUR NAMES OUT PROMPTLY!
Attention Registerfly: Can you hear us now!
Please visit Registerflies for the updates and soon the form will be available to fill out. This process is only going to take a couple of months so it's highly advised that you transfer whatever you have out of Registerfly while you still can... if you still can.

Registerfly.com kept my money and now owns the domain re late renewal.
Last year I paid to renew a name I purchased at a forum (which had recently expired) but was pushed to my acct seemingly successfully.
After several days I was told (after lots of supt tickets and phone calls) the reason the exp date never updated and it was removed from my acct was because it was too late to renew. Furthermore, it could only be redeemed at a very high cost (so why did the regular renewal seemingly work if it was really too late as claimed)
Decided to not pay for the over-priced redemption. Months later still no refund of my 1-year renewal fee. Whois now reveals the name is owned by Registerfly and resolves to a PPC page of their own. In effect I paid for that ppc page of theirs for the year myself since they kept my money.
I have experienced a similar situation with Registerfly as stated by Trader. I have never received my refunds or replies to my support requests. If regfly isn't a case for having an accredation pulled by ICANNT, then I have NO idea what the accredation stands for.
I have moved anything thats worth moving away from these guys ..
(Never bought anything from them, just unlucky to have bought names registered there!)
Funny thing is, my names are now with Moniker but they are still in my RegisterShite™ account!
sorry to burst your bubble, but this ain't going to happen. If more than 100 other Registerfly customers take part, ICANN will probably be obliged to consider to follow the request. The total customer damage is in my estimation between 2 mio. USD und 20 mio. USD. ICANN will probably not like to be legally involved in the responsibility for damage compensation. The only way not to be involved, is to withdraw the ''accredited'' status.
there are (at least) 100 unhappy customers for EVERY accredited registrar, and ICANN will NOT create a precedent.
There were complaints about RegFly at BBB, still nothing changed.
My advice: put this behind, move everything elsewhere.
Got about 60 with them.![]()
If anyone deserves to lose their licence it's these f*cking jokers.
One & only reason i've ever used them is they're cheap as chips for info's.
However i regged 6 & they didn't show in whois & they took money & haven't sorted so stopped using them.
I wish them the worst luck in the world & hope they go to the dogs.![]()
However i want to tranfer out my best names .
Can't seem to find where on site you transfer out. Only transfer in.. LOL
Any tips on bulk transfer out of regfly & on how to do it cheapest way greatly appreciated. All .info's.
Ideally want to get them to Moniker.
Lastly, what happens if they lose the icann licence, where do are domains go? surely they are still regged until renewal?
what's the score?
cheers

You don't transfer out... you request a transfer from the NEW register you want them to go to.
I know, I did a bunch today.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Go to your GoDaddy account... Initiate a BULK Transfer. Enter the list of domains you have at RF. PAY THE BILL (yes, you will have to pay where ever you tranfer too).
You will get an email from the NEW TO BE register (GoDaddy in this example) with a transaction code. Follow the directions to "Authorize" the transfer.
Finally, you will be asked for an Authorization Code. THIS is the step that drove me to DRINK today!!! Nearly impossible to find.
However... I now know where it is
Click on the domain to transfer at RF, chech your WHOIS CONTACT INFO... at the bottom of the whois info, you will find the Authorization Code. YAY!!!
Enter that Auth Code and the transfer is complete! (in about 5 days that is)
Best of Luck!
GoPC
You're a good lad Gopc!

I always thought RF should go to the stake!
Lets all run down to the lake and see if it floats..............
No sympathy from me..........They wasted 6 weeks of my time with an escrow sale, before I had to go elswhere to sell.
They didn't even respond once after the first 2 days of the 6 weeks, yet took the money of the buyer even before the deal was agreed completely before day 1.

BYE BYE FLY BY THE END IS NIGH!
I have been waiting to say that for almost 1 year since the 6 weeks of BS.

GoPC is right. Transfer is always initiated from the gaining registrar.
But you need to go to regfly to unlock the names and get the EPP codes.
I have to say I had no problem so far to transfer away from regfly![]()
They are simply using the same stock photos.
