Their support will likely take several days to get back to me and I have another 500 I wish to register before the sale is over.

i also regged some and not all worked because they hit my card many times i guess

hope it works out for you....just dont try to do a charge back or they will lock your account and take your domain names hostage....then you will have this huge fee to reinstate your acct. Happened to me!! The hanging up part ... that is their top notch service. I went thru hell to get my acct back....now I am little by little transfering my domains away.
Yeh they worked it out. It may have been because I was reg'ing too many during their sale as it appears I registered 10% of all that did that day.

I had a domain tansferred to my registerfly account and the who is and DNS have not been changed. I email every day and still nothing. I will try to call the toll #, but all I get is a busy signal all morning.

I suggest you send them an email, they answer those pretty quickly.
Better yet, log inside your Account and send a ticket. Provide as many details
as possible to help them understand your issue better and reply accordingly.
Email isn't as reliable nowadays as it once was.
