I will be happy to spill all the details once my names are safe, I'm sure you all will be very happy to know this info and your names may be safer as a result of this headache I have been dealing with for almost a week now

Also , my point was that on the "whois complaint" remark they made to me in a subsequent email about the names and why they were locked...there is noway anyone could have done so because they had privacy on them..the only reason these were frozen is because they were in the same account as the name that got a consumer complaint..which SHOULD NOT cause the name to get frozen in the first place!

If anyone actually read the procedures set forth by ICANN for accredited registrars they are not suppose to do this and act in arbitration in reference to your domains based on a simple consumer complaint that does'nt involve fraud or illegal pornography, etc. They should not touch your names unless a wipo/udrp or legal notice is received! Places like moniker even specifically detail in their registration agreement that they WILL NOT intervene or disable a domain name unless they absolutely are forced to and they remain neutral at all times and do not get involved. I should note that I have had names at moniker get several notices like C&D's and even a few wipos and they have yet to ever lock or disable a domain. Moniker is really the best possible place to keep your domains if you want them to be safe from this kind of BS...I also have never had an issue with GoDaddy despite some issues that they have had in the press/news they have always had the highest level of respect for their customers rights in my experience.

I had this happen at Network Solutions, My email address was invalid, so they locked up my most pricey domains, claiming they received a "complaint", Huh? Odd thing about it was; they left my worthless domains alone... This was at a time when NS was pushing domains to Snapnames and getting a piece of the action... Maybe the registrar that did this was trying to do the same thing, looking for any excuse to take your domains and move them to the auction block.

I went through a lot of red tape getting the locks removed, but after they were removed, I transferred every one of them out.
