epp codes for dot coms from enom resellers

This change in the need to get epp codes for .com and .net seemed ok
Then I read the last paragraph of the help below
    WTF?
No epp code on the genral settings page for sub account domains
They need to write to their reseller to get it
"If you do not have a direct eNom account, please contact your reseller to obtain this information"
    Oh No! What a hassle

Here is snip from the help:

IMPORTANT NOTE: As of October 28, 2006, EPP/authorization keys will be required for registrar transfer of .com and .net domains.

To obtain your authorization key for your .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us, .cn, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn, .cn, .tw and .in domain name:

    *
    Login to your eNom account
    *
From the DOMAINS menu option, click my domains
    *
Click on the specific domain name that you wish to work (clicking on the domain name will take you to the domain control panel)
    *
    Click General Settings.
    *
The EPP/authorization key is displayed on this page.

Authorization (EPP) keys are a security code required by the registry for domain transfer, thus are unique to every domain name. No two EPP/authorization keys are the same, thus if you are transferring more than one EPP domain, you will need to obtain each domain’s specific code.

If you do not have a direct eNom account, please contact your reseller to obtain this information. If you do not know the name of your reseller, go to our "help" page and enter your domain name in the Reseller Information Retrieval Tool.

Re: epp codes for dot coms from enom resellers

For 4 domains registered at ENOM I checked today, there was only one that I could actually view the EPP key.

Whether or not they have been through a reseller in the past I have no idea, whois shows no clue.

This is a major problem. Support ticket sent.

Re: epp codes for dot coms from enom resellers

Ooops, I've just started another thread about this.
Now, I see, that totally sucks !!

These domains were dropped, how can they belong to a reseller?

Where the exact link for "Reseller Information Retrieval Tool." ?
I've searched, but all leads to the main help page, which has no search !

what a pain, especially if you registered domains through all sorts of foreign registrars via snapnames. I'm not too confident that the korean domain companies will be sending my transfer keys very quickly...

This is the worst thing to happen to us in years as far as time management. None of those Snap registrars have it shown and none of them answer support...

This is going to be a freaking nightmare...
