    Problems changing nameservers

Is anyone else having this issue at Enom?
When I try to change nameservers for a domain I get the following error "There were errors getting the DNS list: Cannot get list of existing nameservers"

So I can't change the nameservers.. It does not happen with every domain but quite a lot of them. I have contacted support several times but they seem to do nothing about it.. It's been happening for several weeks now and is really pissing me off..

They said it had been reported by numerous customers and is being worked on so they just close the ticket...

    F*~*ing useless support as usual...

    Re: Problems changing nameservers

it happened to me for a domain, and it also happened to a client.
The support people answered quickly : they have some issues with the other registrars they use, issues that should be fixed in a matter of days.

Thanks, they never explained it was other registrars so I assumed it was their own system that was buggy... I suppose there is not much they can do when it is not their fault..
Let's hope it gets resolved soon

    Angry Enom.com TOTALLY SUCKS NOW

They have a SERIOUS PROBLEM that they can't seem to fix. ALL of their
affiliate registrars that grab domain names for their "Club Drop" are having
problems. Whenever you try to update name servers all you get is an error
and it is a TOTAL MESS to get it fixed

I have been getting every excuse you can imaging for the last month and
they have fixed NOTHING. I am so disgusted with them that I am going to
start moving my 800+ domains to a different registrar.

This started about a month ago, prior to that they had no problems now
all they have is problems and they are no longer friendly when you complain
    about this ongoing problem.

They are having MAJOR PROBLEMS with all of their affiliate registrars that
grab domains for their "Club Drop". I am sick of their month long problems
and all of their lame excuses
