Why wouldn't Moniker still require the name to be transferred to them?
Any change at all in whois, even a typo correction, will lock it down at GD for another 60 days

Do they still require it to be transfered to Moniker during escrow?
It has been with Godaddy for over 60 days.
I need to know if I can use moniker escrow for a end user sale.

I believe so unless they have an account with GoDaddy.
Send them an email - Customer service is very good.
