Cant transfer out

I recently transferred all my domains out from Moniker except for one, It's a dot Asia, Once it was rejected for a bad auth code, and now I cant get a auth code at all, Everytime I iniate the transfer at Moniker, I get this;

Domain Transfer Out 2009-07-26 23:04:35.003 2009-07-26 23:04:42.77 CLOSED

First, Why does it show CLOSED soon after I initiate it? and where is the auth code?

Did you open a help ticket or contact Client Support for assistance? They'll be able to tell you what you need to know and assist you with the transfer out of this domain name.

Normally I do contact support, but it was on a Sunday and I was looking for a quick answer..... So much for that.

Although there is noone in the office on Sunday, there is always a client service rep on call/working. Best bet is to create the ticket.
