Moniker Just launched a new version of the site this morning which may have what do u think of it ? i think its pretty cool better than the old one but still need a bit of improvement on all other pages a bit slow ya but it happens while updating

nice but its no dotster.com and we do not mean looks just pure hardware speed ! maybe monte should spend a bit of the profit on some new hardware and optics to get it going a bit....

The log out time has been (or will be) extended to one hour.

How about downloadable (CSV format) reports, or is it already there and I don't see it?

When I logged in, I saw 2 links to download csv reports below the search box.

Just wish Moniker input some kind of support ticket system, though.

Probably mostly window dressing, we'll have to wait and see. The jury is still out.

Still problems with programming and useability, though. I was registering for 5 years and they were charging for 5 years per domain but then their confirmation letters were only showing 1 year registrations. Only when I and my staff repeated complained did they try to attend to the issue. Still a problem.

What is happening to the other 4 years and the $. Very deceiving. The inustry has to become more real, better business focused and customer service oriented if they want to retain their customers.

Also, due to their quick time outouts, they are losing potential registrations and making it difficult for existing customers to manage their domaind while grabbing a coffee.
