I'm happy with moniker. Yes, login is REALLY slow since some time now, but I rarely can't log in at all (most of the time it just takes a couple of attempts). Annoying? Yes, but considering that this is temporary and what Moniker offers otherwise, I prefer them over other registrars anytime.

It's amazing to me that some people choose GoDaddy over Moniker... almost every time I sent a ticket to GoDaddy, I get a prefabricated message from the FAQs that does NOT relate to my question (and upon pointing that out I recieve another message that does NOT relate to my question - usually it's the third attempt that I get through to someone who in his reply shows that my question is actually being comprehended).
Compare that to moniker: they always give me to the point replies, and usually very quickly. (If it's not fast enough, I just call them).

A happy Moniker customer,
DD

you mean there are registrars that actually go down all the time? ("otherwise" to "temporary"). Otherwise, i dont really get what u're trying to say here.

The integration project is complete so you should see a major performance boost in the uptime, Login, upload, and processing times. We apologize for the complications during this process.

John,

Is the expiration date format changed? Is there a way I can export the names to a text file or excel file?

Thanks,
John

I think we should give Moniker a chance. They have gone through a lot of changes.
They do a great job overall.

@John Mauriello

I can“t renew my subproduct (privacy, email-forwarding etc.)
I get an error message (look thumbnail)
Could you or your technical team fix this problem?

I must admit that logging into my account is much faster now.
But all my other problems remain. Today I can't renew .us.
