moniker purchase issue

Just wondering, is there an issue with moniker's site? because, i've been trying to purchase domains for the last few hours and I keep getting an error message

Also PMed Bari concerning problems with an internal push. I had the exact same problem about a month ago. I had to get her to do it. It seems the system doesn't recognize the authorization code, or something.
