I've got more where these came from!
I wonder if they use a monitoring service to test and ensure that their DNS and URL Forwarding servers are continually up (such as Pingdom) to notify them via text message and e-mail alerts instantly when their servers go down or are not accessible? There is simply no excuse for Moniker to not know that their servers are down and/or inaccessible.
Is there nobody there at all at weekends? :o

I am going to say this quite bluntly, anyone who leaves names where a registrar is known for up and down time are fools.
Move the names out to a more reliable registar or quit whining and enjoy the downtime.
Anyone that stays after all this crap deserves the down time.
If everytime I took my car into the garage to get a flat tire fixed and when I picked it up all 4 tires were flat would I go back, apparently some of you would.
How many times must they tell you they don't care about customers before you wake up and move your domains.
Leave the ones you want to drop there but get your good ones out.
