Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!Service from Moniker is getting absolutely ridiculous. I'm used to waiting for support, but now I haven't answers for almost 3 weeks!
I sent them a request for support June 15, 2008 (ticket #5426-5673986).
I chased it up on June 17, then again June 19, then again June 21, then again June 22, then again June 30.
I then opened up another support ticket (ticket #5426-5948039) on June 30 - that hasn't been answered yet either.
I simply can't understand why a company cannot answer a support ticket in this amount of time. To say that their service is absolutely poor would be too kind to them.

Thanks Theo!
I can't even open a support ticket because that requires being able to login. My problem is I can't login.
I always get very fast customer support from them.
And when you call them their service is 1st class.
I had great support years ago with Chipmunk (Matt) now I have a ticket thats gone unanswered for a month regarding a $85 refund/credit. Funny too since I participated in there live auctions before.
Still no answer or reply from Moniker
My account was new and even though I had sent back the confirmation eamil they either did not receive it or process it. Because of this the account was automatically disabled after a few days.
Of course I couldn't login to create a ticket..... but after getting a hold of them on the phone They were able to reset the account.
I am very happy with Moniker and have not had any other problems since that initial hiccup.
