Why doesn't Moniker have email support 24/7?

I have never had better customer service --at ANY registrar --than at Moniker.
Bulk Register was OK, but now that they have been acquired by eNom.. I wonder.
I've sent an email. Hopefully this gets resolved soon as I have another day down the drain. Thanks for the assistance, we will see how it goes.
Sent John an email and resolved the issue within 5 mins. Nice service guys. Now just get your support staff up to par with a speedy turn-around through email and we will be alright
