I send one at support and the other at someone I know.
For the first time, I tried to renew a few domains and the order failed.
Now some of the domains appear as renewed in the control panel, I was not charged and whois shows the old expiry date.

I spoke with Moniker support earlier today and found out they were down two employees and were backed up a bit
Yes - down two customer service reps today due to illness, implementing a new phone system and customer contact system.....and a new help desk / ticket system. I assure you that our support gets even better due to the new systems and procedures. Thanks for your patience.

Are the "new phone system and customer contact system.....and a new help desk / ticket system" implemented by now ?
Not pushing, just curious.
I did notice I had to send two email requests to transfer domains into Moniker.
Hopefully a pattern doesn't evolve from this. Otherwise, Moniker support has been great.
Just bare with us folks. All support items now go through a new ticket and tracking system which will better serve you all in the near future.

I hate to bash my favourite registrar but I have to today! I sent some money to Moniker via Paypal on 16th but it has not yet been credited to my acc. On 18th I even called my account manager who promised to have it fixed there and then. I have send two emails and PMed Donald here as well but nothing has been done yet. What happened to the support?

About half my domains at Moniker are NOT resolving either... something is definately up over there... I hope they get it sorted soon.
Between being down some people at the push for TRAFFIC east... I bet things are total chaos there right now!!!

well....we did get a whole new phone system installed today...that's been a treat and great timing along with weeding through 50K names for the auctions.
