I entered the code yesterday. Oddly, the spaecial is on my front page of my Go Daddy account with these rules:

Obviously, its expired but I thought that I'd post it for info when another of these offers pops up. I would imagine that Go Daddy sells this offer out pretty quickly so run, don't walk and register whatever you've been vaguely thinking about should you see it again.
