i had to call them a few times (also noting that i was in a hurry before the converstation began). at the end of the conversation, they asked "can i send you out a customer survey?"
Keep in mind that i live in japan and just an extra sentence ranks up the phone bill. I just want to ask a question, hear the answer and "click".

Adam, if they're so great, why don't you park there?
Totally agree. I don't want to put up with all the silly screens either, I should be able to register in 3 clicks. Like Dynadot for example: register -> use available balance -> confirm -> finished !
Maybe GD is a good choice for the average john doe, but professional domainers are looking for more than pretty girls on the home page![]()

Since you work for GoDaddy shouldn't these promotional posts be in the adverising section? impactadmin has a sticky saying these types of posts are not allowed in this section.

That is true, I have bought domains there for well-below market value from owners who had no clue what their domains were worth. The problem is it's a horrible place to sell domains, and that's what GoDaddy needs to fix.

GoDaddy just called my house AGAIN with another telemarketing call. The Godaddy employee who owns this discussion board, Adam Dicker, did nothing to resolve this matter other than to have his people call my house over and over and over.

I used to be a very satisfied GoDaddy customer, but that all changed a month ago when I found out that they don't honor their guarantees regarding renewal pricing. I presume they are doing the same to some of you too. Here's my story:
