    Offer/Counteroffer Question

So, if I placed an offer on a domain through GoDaddy. Then the seller made a counteroffer and I accepted. I pay and check out through GoDaddy and the name is registered there.

    Questions:

How long would it take for me to get the name?

Can a seller still back out of a transaction at this stage?

    Thanks

If the tries to back out and doesn't transfer the name to you, then he should be banned from GD auctions, at least that's what GD says it does if he tries that, or if you don't pay after someone sold you a name you get banned. How long before you actually get the domain depends on whether it's an expired auction, a closeout, a live domain someone listed, etc.... you needed to start a dispute w/Go Daddy Auctions within 14 days of the sale if you paid and he never gave you the domain
