    GoDaddy lost money thread

This is a thread about money you feel that you have lost to GoDaddy. I will start:

I purchased a DomainAlert Backordering from GoDaddy and it showed in my Payments and Renewing Items window, but not I was unable to use it because it showed "Backorder Credits: 0" in my Monitoring and Backordering window.

    Re: some lost money

Hi, you have to delete the domain that failed from your control panel, than you will have your credit back. It happened to me yesterday as GoDaddy could not catch a somewhat valuable domain I was hoping to get that was registered in their OWN servers!!! Can we trust them for future backorders???

    Re: some lost money

I just learned in another post: you have to use it in up to a year, or you loose it for sure...
