Also, I'd appreciate anyone else's help on this.
I'm trying to transfer a domain out of netsol to someone else and my whois email in netsol is correct BUT my email in the general whois is no.valid.email(at)netsol.com. I've tried to resolve this with netsol over the phone with no success.
Any ideas!

I have been trying to fix this for 10 days now. I talked on the phone, send emails etc...
They don't understand the problem.
