    NetSol DNS - slow hops?

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with one of the applications our call center reps in by building use. We've decided that the slowdowns and lockups are not inour building so I checked where the information is going to.

The domain is registered with NetSol but the DNS is off-Netsol (or dedicated). I've run a tracert on the domain itself and notice some very long hops towards the end (in excess of 1800mS).

Is NetSol DNS typically vulerable to slowdowns / bandwidth?

Uh, not sure why that question if you're not using NetSol's DNS. Unless you're
    thinking of switching to theirs.

I'm not planning on using their service but my company uses a web based application and the company has their domains (that the call center reps access the portal though) is registered w/ NetSol but don't have a NetSol DNS so it seems that they're just using NetSOl as a registrar but are hosing the applications locally.
