I think there is a glitch in the new system update.
After you enter the PIN and password and click submit, there is a blank screen with just the Fabulous header.
You would need to click refresh button again to complete the change.

Should not take that long.
Once you're in. Try to download the list of your names to a spreadsheet.

I just talked to Support and they said they are aware on some of the issues with the updates.

Hopefully they will fix the problems soon.
