Is DomainSponsor support a black hole?

Anyone else transferred from TrafficClub having problems getting support requests answered?

Have had an account manager assigned, but link isnt clickable. Multiple support requests asking how to get ahold of her go unanswered. They just dont like me? They just ignorant? Support email doesnt work? Whats the story?

I had to email 3 times before they reply. What is your rep's name? Maybe we have the same one.

Susan Smith.
If support is always this ignorant, I'll just move the names somewhere else.

I was not with Trafficclub.

I emailed my DS rep yesterday and he responded within an hour.
I can't complain about their response time.

I think when you write email using contact after you logged in, it suppose to go to the rep first. I suppose each rep has differnt level of work ethic, if the rep that is assigned to you doesn't give a crap about what you are asking, you might not even get a response.

Same issues as three or four years ago. Obviously unresolved and unaddressed.

Funny how they contact me via email every now and then wanting my business back, offer me a personal rep, and tell me how great they have become.

When I responded to one of the emails to ask a couple of questions, they never answered back.

Well this works.

For some reason they dont get emails from the contact form in my account, but they do get them from this one:
http://domainsponsor.com/contact_form.php

If anyone else is having the same problem, try using this one.

I have tried to have domains added to my account that are in someone elses account. I have emailed for over a week and no response.

Susan Smith is my rep.

Does DomainSponsor have a phone number for support?

So far I would have to rate them the worst for customer support. I hope they can change my mind.

I am surprised to read DS support issues, I know from experience that I get a response within the hour, most times within 2 minutes of sending an email. If they problem cant be resolved then my account manager will conference call me in with the product manager or tech team... despite DS getting bigger, they have in my opinion not forgot about us domainers.

The problem is they arent getting the messages from the java pop up form in my account. It looks like others are having the same problem. That form just doesnt seem to work for everyone.

Using the normal html contact form from the link on their index page works fine.
