fabulous.com pays the most when it comes to poker and casino traffic, plus they have the best looking template designs that will be sure to convert the traffic... you are looking at anywhere from $10-$20 per CLICK... domainsponsor or any other place doesn't even come close

I use fabulous already and I am very pleased the problem is that I have also heavy search engine traffic and from my understanding on speaking to someone at fabulous you can only redirect straight from an index page not from other inside pages if not I would use them for sure.
