Not sure about consistency of service; I only used them once, recently - as a seller. As long as the check clears, I am not concerned. Did you try the phone # of one of their agents?
If you are new to domains and looking to buy, sell and learn about domains then you have come to the right place. DNForum is the largest domain name community on the internet and continues to grow every day. There are over 105,000 domainers on DNForum doing everything from buying domains, selling domains, learning about domains and discussing domains. Take a minute and Register.
Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!Title says it all. 2 weeks ago (see previous thread) all business activity stopped for a few days. Phones not answered.
This week, all uploads of new domain files stopped for at least the past 4 days, and remain unprocessed.
Today, the main site down all day.
Are they down for good? These are all the major signs of a failing online business.

Very strange - I can bring up the site on my laptop, but not my main computer. Ping and tracert works fine, but the site isn't found with IE. No trouble with any other sites. Hmmmmm!!
Working here at Afternic, I can assure you that we're in business. Phones are ringing and domains are selling.
Thanks
David
