    Afternic not recording every visitor?

I just parked my portfolio at afternic about 6 days ago (so all names should be and have been confirmed to be resolved). The first day they were parked, they made twice what I was making on sedo. I was excited, but I have been checking the stats every day since then, and absolutely no visitors have shown up to all of my domains, which is unlikely. Anyone else have this problem? If this happens a lot, I might just go back to sedo.

Re: Afternic not recording every visitor?

I just started with them also. I'm getting visitors, although almost no clicks, which I wasn't getting anyways with sedo. The advantage with them is you get paid eCPM, which you don't with sedo. The stats get updated only once a day though, unlike Sedo, which gets updated regularly. Since some of my domains are URL forwarded, I can see the actual visits & visitors, which so far is consistent with their stats, except that they are always behind. Some visitors are robots-robots.txt, so that might account for a 1-2 a day not much more.

BTW, which parking service are you using - DS, Fab, Hp; and what are the differnces?
and is there any way to optimize?

I have never found Afternic to be a
trustworthy seller; avoid them at all
    costs.

Brian -- you've done quite enough Afternic-bashing today. You should take your issues up with them. If you have a documented case to report then please let us know with details.

I appreciate your comment Dale, but
Afternic lie so much and then (when
you've asked them a question they
    don't like) they ignore you.

As for providing a documented case, I
am not sure what you mean; i've already
posted some details of a case on here.

    Regards

i think that it is important for members to voice their concrete problems with certain parking companies to help us decide where to go next time. but unproductive bashing that dents the image of companies should be avoided.
